Booking & Scheduling
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our contact forms
- Service dates and times are subject to availability
- Same-day cleaning is offered when availability allows
- Accurate property details must be provided to ensure correct pricing
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on property size, condition, and requested services
- Final pricing may change if the property condition differs from what was described
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking
No hidden fees. Any adjustments are discussed before service begins.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount

- Cleaning does not include repairs, heavy lifting, pest control, or hazardous materials
- We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or wear

Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time.
This includes:
- Providing entry instructions
- Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available
- Securing pets during service
We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of completion
- We will review the concern and arrange a re-clean when appropriate
This guarantee applies only to areas included in the original service scope.
Liability & Damages
- Our cleaning team is insured and bonded
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Pre-existing damage is not covered
Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
